Investment Learning Programs

Joren Vermeulen
Lead Instructor, Foundation TrackJoren has spent fifteen years working with Belgian investment firms. He teaches the Foundation Track because he remembers how confusing it all felt when he started. His sessions focus on clarity over complexity.
Elise Dumont
Senior Instructor, Analysis & StrategyElise brings a research background to teaching. She worked in financial analysis for over a decade before transitioning to education. Her approach emphasizes understanding the 'why' behind every method.
Learning From Experience
Both instructors have made their share of mistakes. That's actually valuable because they can point out common pitfalls before you encounter them yourself.
Their teaching style is straightforward. They don't hide behind jargon, and they're comfortable saying "I don't know" when a question goes beyond current market data. That honesty matters more than you might think.

How Sessions Work
We meet twice weekly for live sessions. Sessions run for two hours, but we usually go over by fifteen minutes because someone always has one more question.
Between sessions, you'll have assignments. Not busywork, but practical exercises that connect to what we discussed. Think analyzing a real Belgian company's quarterly report or mapping out a hypothetical portfolio based on specific constraints.
- Live instruction with current market examples
- Practical homework using Belgian market data
- Review sessions where we discuss assignments
- Individual progress meetings every month
- Final capstone project demonstrating skills
